I helped spearhead their digitization process, bringing the company’s flows online. Through intensive research, client interviews, UX/UIs, and multiple improvement phases, I was able to help bring live several digital projects including Tigo Sports, Tigo Money, One app, and several other exciting initiatives.

In 2018, Autonation needed help introducing their most valuable asset to the public: the unsung heroes of the Service Department.
TechXperts was born. Through interviews, photoshoots, client-facing emails, and animated banners, we successfully put a familiar face to the behind-the-scene service teams that keep us moving. This initial campaign had great success and granted us many more years of working together with the Autonation family.
